The purchase has meant that Zodiac offers an in-house automatic movement inside most of its dive watches . Few makers of dive watches in the affordable watch realm can make that claim . STP finishes the caliber 1-11 movement with perlage and Cote de Geneve .

One of those designs , the Olympos , is a field watch Zodiac originally created in 1961 . From the start , the Olympos stood apart from traditional Swiss designs thanks to its distinctive , six-sided , manta-rayshaped case and a crown located at the 2 o ’ clock position .
