A tire tread rubber strap and machined lugs leave little doubt that Ritmo
Mundo’s Racer Chronograph was designed to bring out the speed demon in us all. Its dial is laid out like an Instrument cluster under a mineral
crystal, and the lugs and crown pop out of the 44mm case with o-ring
collars that match or contrast. And what would a racing watch be without the perfunctory tachymeter bezel? In this instance Ritmo has kept
the Tach ring very slim to expand the dial area. Quartz powered (Swiss
Ronda) and available on Ritmo Mundo’s web site now, the Racer Chronograph also features an over-size dual numeral date display – a great
asset for the presbyopic “gentleman” driver. MSRP $650.
