sobrite, a sub-brand of the tactical watch maker ArmourLite,
takes the functionality of its military-esq brother and combines it with luxurious looks in the Isobrite Grand Slimline.
The name, Grand Slimline, being somewhat reminiscent of a
weight loss program, is fitting with its ultra-thin 42mmX
8.6mm case.
The watch looks like a real stunner, with a gold exterior that
works beautifully with a velvet brown face that changes in light.
The SlimLine sports a scratch resistant anti-reflective sapphire
crystal that seals in the Swiss Ronda 715 quartz movement, and
displays the date between hours 4 and 5. Stainless steel construction gives the thin watch a premium feel. However, don’t try
jumping into the pool with this watch, its genuine leather strap and
5atm rating means it’s designed for business. If you must dive in
with your watch – look to Isobrite’s tough as nails cousins in the
ArmourLite series.
