When an agent walks into a home, it should not be about commission. It should be
about skill and vision. This career is an art. We can remember how we felt the first

with the negotiation process, the appraisals, and the inspections. What if it is a bank
owned home? Do they have knowledge and experience? Can they fight the appraisal
if it comes back badly? Is this a good offer? Will it hurt me if I go too low? What is
Global? International? Do all offices do this? It is a lot to take in! But, with the lifestyles we have today, you need more than just an agent. You need a Realtor who
takes challenges head on, who sees Real Estate as an art, and treats this lifestyle as a
gift. It is a finer thing!
