The Finer Things The Real Estate Market has come back and the outlook is remarkable. There is good news if your home is for sale and positioned to sell. Many are selling for over asking, through bidding wars, and sometimes are even sold creatively before listed. As agents, we have to learn ways to advertise and work together with community experts to cross-sell our finer things. A Realtor is involved with the negotiation process, the appraisals, and the inspections. What if it is a bank owned home? Do they have knowledge and experience? Can they fight the appraisal if it comes back badly? Is this a good offer? Will it hurt me if I go too low? What is Global? International? Do all offices do this? It is a lot to take in! But, with the lifestyles we have today, you need more than just an agent. You need a Realtor who takes challenges head on, who sees Real Estate as an art, and treats this lifestyle as a gift.
