This is a really positive response from my potential customers. It shows that 56% of the people that answered the survey would purchase from a pop up shop if they knew it was there before the festival. There is risk that there wouldn’t be customers for the pop up shop because ‘no’ had a 44% response. This is a barrier which I would need to over come. I would solve this by using social media to promote the shops prior to those festivals.

The final questions asks whether a website where all the information needed is in one place would you use it. The majority of the respondents said yes therefore it explains to me that there is a space for my business in the market.

W H A T I F O U N D...

This survey was some of my first initial bits of research. It was very beneficial because I was getting feedback from some of my potential consumers. I was able to find out whether my business will gain positive responses and predict if my service will actually be used. It also backed up and confirmed my reasoning for this business, as the partakers have had difficulty with their festival experiences. To have improved this I would have asked people in public too and once my service had launched, so I can make a comparison.
