Anxiety comes in many forms.
It can be a dark form of yourself.
It can be smoking cigarettes in your room alone.
It can be tears streaming down your face at 2:00 AM.
It can be screaming at your loved one because you’re scared to lose them.
Anything can be anxiety.
And it’s dark and scary.
It’s lonesome and upsetting.
Whatever it may be, I want you to remember,
You are strong.
You are wanted.
You are needed
And you can make it through.
You are loved.
Your words of hate lie to you.
You are worth it
And I believe in you.
Please, take care of yourself, and remember
“This too shall pass”
