Life Now is more than rap, it's a philosophy.

The music industry is a competitive battle and the key to breaking past that is building fame independently before seeking any record deal. Record companies are only looking to make a quick buck and there is hardly any artist development, they are not willing to take a risk.

So to beat that, we must have proof of our success, that means a strong fan base and following, usually expressed in social media pressence (likes, followers, views, etc.)

Also showing that you have actually performed is always a an important factor in whether or not attention will be received from record companies.

Life Now, nor Nomad, are in any rush to sign a contract. That time will come, but to focus on the future would take away from the now.

The ultimate goal is to be heard and be liked. No matter where in the world, just people willing to listen.

Mainstream Hip-Hop is never a goal of Life Now, underground styles talking of real issues is the future of rap. Artists like Macklemore and Ryan Lewis achieved a great deal of their fame strictly independent. The more you can accomplish solo, the more money you keep.

"We’re really doing it and there is nowhere to go but up.”- Nomad
