X. PROCEDURES IN HANDLING BULLYING INCIDENCE
The School handles bullying incidence with outmost concern to the victim and
to the student who committed bullying.
The Child Protection Committee shall also be the committee that will
handle bullying cases in the School.
A complaint for bullying or peer abuse shall be acted upon by the
School Head in accordance with the following procedure:
1. Jurisdiction.
Complaints of bullying shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the School
and shall not be brought for amicable settlement before the Barangay, subject
to existing laws, rules and regulations. Complaints for acts covered by other
laws shall be referred to the appropriate authorities.
