From music to politics to business, Hispanics are remaking the United States.

According to the Pew Research Center, as of September 2016

“The U.S. Hispanic population now stands at 55 million, making Hispanics the nation’s second-fastest- growing racial or ethnic group after Asians. According to the 2020 census the latino population had grown to 62 million and 80% of them are US citizens. Today Hispanics make up 18.7% of the U.S. population,

up from 5% in 1970.”

What makes Hispanics so interesting is their diversity of origin.

They reflect great differences in ethnicity, culture, origin and can cover the racial spectrum, from ancient civilizations, white,

African American, Asian, Pacific Islander and Native American.
