There are customs in our towns that
fill our spirit and remind us of what it
is to be human.
One of them that is still practiced in many cities and small towns in Latin America is to greet diners upon entering a cafe and wish them bon appetit. The other custom is to incorporate those who have a disability in our lives as something natural.
In my recent travels through Argentina, I came across both and they filled my heart with confidence in the future of humanity.
