Let's remember that stress is

an alert that makes us pay attention and realize that there is something I need to do, or stop doing, to regain  balance,

it is a wonderful defense mechanism.

The role of the woman nowadays leads her to be

active, dynamic, assuming responsibilities and to be more stimulated by the external and internal environment. The woman is emotional, sensitive, and constantly changing, due

to her feminine nature.

Psychological studies found

that  corticotropin, a hormone produced in times of stress and tension, is higher in the female brain, this can make her vulnerable and affect natural hormonal changes in her.

I want to talk to you about

those alternative and natural strategies that you can choose to prevent stress levels from

becoming chronic and

affecting her life.
