New Year, it is one of the most significant and transcendental cycles for humanity. Change is the fundamental thing in nature and for us too, there is a magic in each process that we live and as symbolic beings, we have been building rituals around the cycles, when they end and when they begin.
Today, it is an opportunity to close cycles at many levels, affective, work, economic, also to release and transmute the past, it is a good time to let go of the things that are not really necessary in your life.
It is the opportunity to start new projects, make changes, renew energy, unleash creativity, face challenges and move forward with vitality.
The end of the year is the possibility of starting from scratch, finding the balance, to continue with joy, enjoying every moment, giving the best of ourselves for the good of ourselves and of others.
For our brain, there is no difference between the real and the imaginary, so we can create with intention and love at every moment. I invite you to do it symbolically through a ritual in the New Year.
For this day we are going to do a meditation, a reflection, or awareness, as each one wishes, about what they choose to leave, what they need to change, or renew at any level, it can be habits, beliefs, behaviors, things, places, relationships, among others. Then we choose what we are going to attract to enrich our lives, our families and the planet.
We need a white candle as much as possible, two sheets of paper and a pencil, incense, you can use essential oils of lavender, to purify or another of your liking. I invite you to watch the video to perform the ritual.
