The use of money in the form of coins, paper, and values is among the most revolutionary inventions in the history of humankind. Money as means of exchange has transformed the way we live, for its sake, we converted from subsistence societies to agricultural and industrial nations, we no longer depended only on what we could produce to survive or to barter with the neighbor.
To discuss this significant topic, we have two expert historians with us, from Bolivia to Ms. Sheila Beltran Lopez, and from Spain Glenn Murray, both prominent specialists in the history of the Casa de la Moneda de Potosà and Segovia respectively.
