Elections in Latin America

by Enrique Rob Lunski

We begin the month of November with four important elections that have taken place in Latin America at the end of October. Presidential elections in Bolivia, Uruguay and Argentina and elections of governors and municipal authorities in Colombia.

Each of them has marked new directions and challenges for their peoples. Social unrest grows, not only in these countries, but across the Continent in Chile, Brazil, Ecuador, Venezuela, Guatemala, Haiti, among other countries.

How will these recent elections affect Latin America? Listen and watch this special program of Patria Grande where I talk with our correspondents Juan Carlos “Pocho” Salcedo (Bolivia) and Marcelina Romero (Argentina) about the recent elections and their repercussions in Latin America.
