Addressing Implicit Bias

If you have a brain, you have bias. Our brains are wired to make associations, and assumptions about the situations and things in front of us. In many cases this is very useful and even necessary, but if we are not careful, our assumptions can be wrong, and even harmful, especially if we are making assumptions about the people we are interacting with.
