Sixto Illescas es un Ecuatoriano que vive en el Hudson Valley desde hace 5 años. Diariamente se dedica a la contrucción, movimiento de materiales pesados y trabajos que exigen altos niveles de fuerza fisica. A pricipios del 2018 realizó un mal movimiento al levantar un material muy pesado y provocó una hernia en uno de los discos de su columna. Estuvo en ABClatino hablando acerca de esta experiencia y tiene un mensanje para todos aquellos que se dedican a esta labor.
Sixto Illescas is an Ecuadorian who has lived in the Hudson Valley for 5 years. He works in construction, lifting heavy materials and jobs that demand high levels of physical strength. At the beginning of 2018 he made a bad move when lifting a very heavy object, that caused a hernia in one of the discs of his spine. He was on ABClatino talking about this experience and he has a message for all those who are dedicated to this work.
