Symptoms:
- Things that made you happy no longer do it

- Suicidal thoughts
Prevention, It is difficult to prevent this disease but you can:
- Practice meditation,
- Exercise
- Go out with friends
- Avoid being alone for a long time
- Eat healthy.
Depression
Approximately 1 in 5 women in the United States suffer from depression. Many people do not know the signs of depression. The good news is that most people get better with treatment.
Treatment:
Depression is treated with medication or advice from a specialist (psychotherapy) Sometimes both methods are used.
