By City Ordinance:--Chairs, blankets, ropes, tarps will not be allowed to be placed on public property along the parade route prior to 4 a. m. for the Big Parade of Little People( Oct. 24) and the Grande Day Parade( Oct. 25); and prior to 4 p. m. for the Light up the Night Parade( Oct. 18).-Items that are placed along the parade route on public property before the designated time will be removed and placed on the north side of the public parking ramp located on Second Avenue.

This year there will be pedestrian gates starting at Main and 1st and ending at Main and 5th in the west bound lanes of traffic.
