Tim Jackson Chief Executive Officer
Tim is the Chief Executive Officer at the Almond Board of Australia , holding the position since October 2021 .
He was previously the Group Sales and Marketing Manager of Almondco Australia Ltd with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the almond industry . Tim is a former ABA director and member of the Almond Board of Australia ’ s Market Development and Audit and Risk Committees prior to taking on the role of CEO . He has more than 30 years experience in agribusiness through a wide range of communications and marketing roles .
Josh Fielke Industry Development Officer
Josh was appointed as an Industry Development Officer in October 2015 . Since 2010 , he has been active in the horticulture industry , working with various crops . He started as a farm hand at QFM Productions and later earned a Bachelor of Environmental Science from the University of South Australia . During his studies , he worked as a supervisor / farm hand at Cooinda Mixed Farm , gaining valuable experience in growing practices . After graduating , Josh joined the Mitolo Group as an agronomist , focusing on nutrition and pest and disease management .
Kimberley Burden Finance & Administration Officer
Kimberley joined the ABA as a Finance & Administration Officer in June 2022 . She has completed a Bachelor in Agricultural Science and partway through a Bachelor of Business Administration . In her role , Kimberley applies her expertise in agricultural administration and accounting to support the team ’ s daily operations and ever evolving needs .
Louisa Godden Executive Assistant
Louisa joined the ABA in June 2023 as Executive Assistant to the CEO . She brings extensive management and administrative experience in government service delivery . Louisa has trade qualifications in pre-press and credentials in project management . Her role focuses on executive support , including board co-ordination , and ensuring efficient operations within the organisation .
Joseph Ebbage Marketing Manager
Joseph is engaged by the ABA to manage the Almond Market Development Program . Based in Melbourne , Joseph has worked with the ABA since 2003 and is the principal of ” Consumer Insights ”, a market reserarch and consultancy agency . Joseph works with industry marketers to promote almonds on the domestic market and build awareness of the Australian almond brand internationally .
Shannon Harkins Finance Manager
Shannon has served as the Finance and Business Manager of the ABA since 2011 . With over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting , he holds tertiary qualifications in Business and Training & Assessment . Shannon oversees the organisation ’ s management and financial accounting , including forecasting , budgeting , internal reporting , project financial management , financial acquittals , auditor liaison , industry statistical analysis , legal financial obligations , and general organisational management .
