The past year with political movement
extending such as Brexit, Black lives matter,
white nationalists, refugees and applauding
diversity on fashion week, brands creating
communities and youth embracing the new era
of multiculturalism and fusion of traditions
with modernity.
For AW 20/21 is about exploration on new
activism-inspired agenda and embracing
other cultures into their daily lives that
are impactful and influence are being
exhibited around the world. This trend is
about the radical generation that is set to
outnumbered Millennials and become the
largest demographic and cause a turnover
impact with other cultures.
This trend is about cultural shifts in 2020,
where vibrant, bold colours with messy
abnormal materials are layered. Having block
colours on repeats to demonstrate natural
fibres with modern street wear.
This generation will be the highlight in
20/21 so let’s begin to explore and be
prepared.
