Hot Dog Trouble It was summertime. Our dad had just made up hot dogs for lunch. As I was inside watching TV, Ryan and Aaron were outside. Ryan was kicking a ball up against a wall, while Aaron was sitting on the swing eating his hotdog. Ryan, for whatever reason, decides to kick the ball very hard. As the ball ricochet off of the wall, he realized that the ball was going to hit him in the face. He instinctively ducks and the ball missed him. He noticed that the ball was heading straight for Aaron. Aaron was about to take a huge bite out of his hot dog, and all of a sudden, WHAM! He was hit right in the face with the ball. The bread and meat chunks fell out of his hand and the ketchup and mustard dripped off of his face. Ryan knew what was coming, and he ran as fast as he could. Aaron eventually caught up to him, but before he did anything, our mom came to break up the fight. As Aaron, Ryan, and our mom walked inside, I started giggling because the ketchup was still on Aaron’s face. He gave me a sharp glare as he walked past, and I knew that meant I should shut up. It’s always a fun story to tell at dinner, and I laugh every time I hear it.
