The coming of spring has us smiling as it
is a beautiful reminder of how welcome a
change of seasons can be. With longer days
of sunlight, flowers blooming, and warmer days, it is a
great time to enjoy all the fun pet event happenings
in San Diego. Hornblower Cruises is set to sail with
Pet Day on the Bay on April 25 or walk in NTC Liberty
Station with the Walk for Animals on May 4 to benefit
the San Diego Humane Society. Perhaps most exciting
of all, we are thrilled to share our cover story on
Freedom Dogs and how they are helping our wounded
warriors transition back into civilian life. In the Spring
issue, we shine a light for our love for animals through
each article and awareness on all the fun happenings
