A new collaboration between the luxury women’s footwear label Aquazzura and de Gournay, the world-renowned hand-painted
wallpaper company, producing a footwear collection that comprises five exquisite powder-pink jacquard styles, each depicting
elements of the hand-painted, custom design created by de Gournay exclusively for the collaboration: the Alix pump, the Love
Tassel flat, the de Gournay mule, the de Gournay slide and the
de Gournay slipper.

“I’m as passionate about interiors as I am about shoes. Working
with de Gournay has been a wonderful occasion to express it
and to bring ideas together with an exceptional creative team!
Together we designed an imaginary jungle; an exotic dream
with parrots, monkeys, toucans, cockatoos, butterflies and
snakes. A custom design which will be featured on shoes, boxes
and walls!”
The hand painted Tropical Chinoiserie design
created by Aquazzura and de Gournay will
