Dreams
Samantha Brake-Hoffman | 2nd Grade, Room 22

Those dreams
As wonderful as candy and unicorns
They feel so real
Except when you wake up
In the morning
And ask to fall back to sleep
But you can’t.
Oh, those dreams
Are so wonderful as a rainbow
I wish they were real
So, when I wake up
In the morning, in my bed
I’ll wish even harder to fall asleep.
I bet that’ll work.
