Chapter 1
Ghost Island
Ramini was meditating in his cave. He was thinking about what it means to be one of the greatest beings on Earth. That is when his messenger Lamon came in.
“Ramini, I have been told that the Ghost Stone has been located.”
They were both bats so they were pretty calm. But this time Ramini slowly opened his eyes.
“The ghost stone.”
“Yes.”
“Do you know where it is?”
“No, but I will try.”
Ramini closed his eyes and said, “Ghost Island.”
Chapter 2
Steel Beach
Samine the armadillo was sleeping in his burrow when suddenly Maron the lizard appeared.
“I have good news, bad news, and I-don’t-know news.”
Samine said, “What is the news?”
“They have found the Steel Stone.”
“They have?”
“Yes.”
“I will not rush.”
“For your information, that is the bad news.”
“Can you find it?”
“I don’t know,” Maron said. “I can try.”
Samine closed his eyes and then yawned. “Iron Valley, Steel Beach.”
