BE INSPIRED : HOLLYWOOD GLAMOUR
Wishing to inspire a modern bride seeking glamour and elegance reminiscent of the old Hollywood movie stars but with a fashion forward vibe , the beautiful , historic setting of Bore Place provided the perfect backdrop for Laetitia Rix of Makeup Angel ’ s flawlessly styled shoot . This highlighted the Drawing Room , which can be used for ceremonies or drinks receptions , the Hide for outdoor ceremonies , and all the glorious surrounding gardens .
After many seasons of seeing blush pink , the colour palette chosen embraced a vibrant berry pink and classic white . Keeping the colours separate rather than mixing them throughout the bouquet added to the impact , along with the pink and white satin ribbon trim .
The bridal makeup included a palette of dusky pinks and smokey purple on the eyes with added lashes , winged eyeliner and well defined brows for that Hollywood glamour look . Soft
Hollywood waves complimented this classic look and are perfect for brides who like to wear their hair down . Capes of various lengths and textures provide an alternative to veils and beautifully embellished Alice bands provided an alternative to tiaras .
The classic three tiered wedding cake was adorned with sugar craft flowers , foliage and opulent touches of edible gold leaf to create a truly elegant and stunning design .
