Hythe Rosie and Dylan tied the knot at Hayne House surrounded by their loved ones and even had their four-month-old son as an adorable ring bearer

The Venue We knew we wanted a venue with everything onsite: accommodation, ceremony, evening celebration and wedding prep. Hayne House is so beautiful and light. If you visit, just look at the long scenic driveway and introductory walkway up to the venue and you’ ll see what we mean! The orangery made the venue so bright and spacious despite the gloomy rain outside on our wedding day. Plus, the rooms all have an ensuite and are generously sized. The option to have guests stay at Froggies, the self-contained studio loft on the estate, also gave more space.
The Dress My dress was from The Bridal Boutique of Joules in Deal. As soon as I tried it on and saw the sparkle alongside the little lace details of the dress, I knew. For my something borrowed I wore my sister’ s veil and I also wore a ring with a fitted blue stone as something old and blue that belonged to Dylan’ s nan.
The Ceremony Our little boy, who was only four months old at the time, was our ring bearer. He was brought up to us by Dylan’ s best man Charlie when we needed to exchange rings. Being able to have him feature as such an important part of the day made it so special.
The Entertainment We used The Wedding Chaps for our DJ set. Harry and his company are the team recommended by Hayne House and they made the entire process really easy. Our first dance was to‘ Most Wanted’ by Beyonce and Miley Cyrus.
Dylan is an avid motorbike rider, so it seemed to fit in perfectly with our characters … Not that Dylan had a clue about the song choice until it played!
The Photography Petrina from Photography by Petrina did our wedding photos. She had been recommended to me by a family friend and when I looked at her portfolio online, I knew she was the one. We wanted natural photos; Dylan and I are not big fans of being photographed so we only wanted a few staged photos and the rest to be natural and candid.
The Highlight Our highlight was definitely having our friends and family from near and far all together to have fun and celebrate our special day.
