This summer, we go behind the lens with Kent wedding photographer, Emma Collyer Photography. Winner of the Highly Commended Wedding Photographer of the Year award at the Kent Wedding Awards 2025, Emma authentically captures couples’ special days in her signature modern, candid and elegant style.
There’ s nothing I love more than capturing real moments for couples in love. As a wedding photographer based in Kent, I specialise in modern, candid and elegant imagery; the kind that tells your story in the most natural and beautiful way. Every couple I work with becomes part of the reason I love what I do. It’ s not just about photos, it’ s about connection, laughter and those quiet in-between moments that say everything.
While Kent is home, I also travel across the UK and internationally for destination weddings. Whether you’ re tying the knot in a Tuscan villa or by a windswept Scottish loch, I’ ll be there with my camera( and probably a few tissues too).
One of the things that makes what I offer truly special is the photography and videography package I share with my husband; we’ re the ultimate dream team. This year, I was over the moon to be awarded Highly Commended Wedding Photographer of the Year at the Kent Wedding Awards, a moment I’ ll never forget. I’ ve also been lucky enough to have my work featured in Vogue and Rock My Wedding, which is such an honour.
