This drink is seriously Instagram-worthy , thanks to the cute rose petal garnish . The key ingredients are cointreau and tequila , but what makes it different from a margarita is the addition of honey water and rose water . It ’ s also got a lemon – rather than lime – base .
Ingredients :
• 30ml Cointreau
• 60ml blanco tequila
• 30ml fresh lemon juice
• 15ml honey water
• 2 dashes rose water
Directions : Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice . Shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice . Garnish with rose petals .

You can ’ t get a more romantic fruit than the passionfruit , and this cocktail is sure to be a wedding crowd-pleaser .
Ingredients :
• 1 ripe passionfruit
• 30ml vanilla vodka
• 15ml passoa
• 1 tsp lime juice
• 1 tsp sugar syrup
• Prosecco to serve
Directions : Scoop the seeds from the passionfruit into a cocktail shaker , add the vodka , passoa , lime juice and sugar syrup . Add a handful of ice and shake well , then strain into a martini glass and top up with Prosecco . Add a slice of passionfruit to garnish and serve immediately .

This sophisticated cocktail created by Scotch whisky makers Glenlivit combines Champagne and whisky – what ’ s not to love ?
Ingredients :
• 75ml whisky infused with rose tea
• 35ml honey syrup
• 35ml lemon juice
• 100ml sparkling rosé
Directions : Firstly , make your infusion . Take four parts whisky and 0.75 rose tea and mix them in a non-reactive container . Set aside for twofour hours , then fine strain .
Once that ’ s ready , pour it into a glass along with the honey syrup and lemon juice . Top with sparkling rosé , stir and garnish with ice .

Ingredients :
• 15ml honey syrup
• 30ml lemon juice
• 60ml gin
• Lemon twist to garnish
Directions : Fill a cocktail shaker with ice . Pour in the honey syrup , lemon juice and gin and shake for about 30 seconds .
Strain the drink into a coupe or martini glass . Twist the lemon peel over the cocktail to release some of its oils , then drop it in .
