CAN YOU TALK US THROUGH YOUR PROCESS FROM THE INITIAL ENQUIRY TO DELIVERING THE PRODUCT , INCLUDING HOW LONG THINGS TAKE AND WHAT ’ S INVOLVED ? We meet to explain the process , answer questions , and discuss designs , then send an email quotation . When a couple is ready , we ask for a booking fee and send them a questionnaire . A first draft is sent for feedback , and we add information as we go until the design is complete . The couple gives approval to print , confirming quantities and making the final payment , then printing starts . Printing takes 7-10 working days , and design time depends on the number of revisions made and design complexity .
WHAT TRENDS HAVE YOU SEEN EMERGING WHEN IT COMES TO WEDDING STATIONERY ?
• Statement papers and envelopes : using different shades to create an ombre effect .
• Broad colour palettes : bold , pastels or naturals - for example , biscuit tones , creams and warm whites .
• Simple elegance : minimalistic designs with classic typography
• Monograms : a great way to personalise stationery and tie everything together .
ANY UNUSUAL IDEAS COUPLES HAVE COME UP WITH FOR YOU TO CREATE ? Bespoke designs are our specialty - whether it ’ s adding a personal touch to an existing design or creating a brand new one . Last year we created a stationery collection based on a stained glass window . This included a laser-cut pocket-fold invitation set , cut from navy card , hand-finished with a printed acetate layer to imitate glass . This was followed by a shaped table plan with two coloured mirror vinyls , a welcome sign , order of service booklets , and menus ... it was an exciting challenge and we loved working with this creative couple !

Digital wedding invitations are a simpler , more efficient choice for some couples . But for many , nothing conveys the significance of their wedding day quite like a printed invitation . They give couples the opportunity to be creative , with materials and print effects that are difficult to convey digitally . They provide a tactile experience that leaves an impression and is often kept forever by guests , symbolising the beginning of a couple ’ s journey . Ultimately , for many couples , printed invitations simply make their guests feel special and valued , so there will always be a place for them .
