Can you believe it - I ’ m celebrating 15 years of Helen England Photography !
Having been shooting weddings since 2005 , in late 2007 I took the leap to start my own photography business and unbelievably I ’ m 15 years into running it - the best decision ever ! I ’ ve loved every minute - this really is the best job in the world .
Of course , running a business is not a bed of roses and there have been steep learning curves , lots of late nights and heaps of blood , sweat and tears , but I wouldn ’ t change a thing .
When I think back over all the incredible people I ’ ve met through work , from my amazing couples to their gorgeous guests and my incredible industry colleagues , I count myself enormously fortunate to be surrounded by such lovely people . What an absolute privilege it is to have a job that centres around the happiest day of my clients ’ lives !
So , to mark this very special anniversary , I ’ m having a brand new website built , which promises to show off some of my absolute favourite weddings and pave the way for the next chapter in my business . I can ’ t wait to share it with you and can think of no better way to celebrate . Thank you to each and every one of you for your support , friendship and encouragement .
