’ m Nicola , a wedding photographer based in Kent for couples who want to focus on feelings rather than the formal .
I wholeheartedly believe that you can have the best day and enjoy every part of your wedding , even if you don ’ t feel confident about the photographs when you book . Almost all of my couples tell me they are awkward in pictures or that they aren ’ t photogenic . I love nothing more than proving you wrong and creating an authentic gallery of you looking gorgeously happy and in love .
The majority of the day I am unobtrusive and look for naturally occurring moments as they happen . When it comes to your portraits I use subtle prompts to encourage you to focus on each other and to create those authentic , natural interactions between you . It is those images that I love the most , when you can see the connection and love between you .

I have professionally captured love stories and memories for seven years now , but my love of photography started when I studied it at University . My previous job as a police officer means that I have seen a very different side of the world . Perhaps I now appreciate more than most the joy and happiness that a wedding day brings . I am so grateful to be part of such wonderful times in people ’ s lives and feel privileged to be entrusted by so many couples and to call this my job .
After your wedding day is over , you are left with two things - your memories and your photographs . My job as your photographer is to make them BOTH amazing for you .
