David Harris is Vice Chair of the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy ( ISGAP ). He led American Jewish Committee ( AJC ) from 1990-2022 . A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania , he did his graduate studies in international relations at the London School of Economics and postgraduate studies at Oxford University . Later , he was a Visiting Scholar at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies ( 2000-2 ) and a Senior Associate in the European Studies Centre at St . Antony ’ s College , Oxford University ( 2009-11 ).
