She’ s the author of Gursha: Timeless Recipes for Modern Kitchens, a cookbook honoring Ethiopian Jewish heritage. Beejhy will lead a cooking demo and discussion on Beta Israel traditions and the upcoming holiday of Sigd. Enjoy delicious samples prepared by Richmond’ s JewFro chefs. Kosher dietary laws observed.
