The Postman was a site-specific play preformed in July 2015
as part of PANAMANIA presented by CIBC, which told the story
of Albert Jackson, Canada’s first black postman. The Jane’s
Walk explored the journey of the story from page to porch:
how a community’s lane-naming project not only uncovered
an almost forgotten moment in Toronto’s history, but also
inspired the creation of this unique production.
