Absolute safety against accidental release with the metal clip device
Anyway Clip hinges have a a particularly easy and safe release system that allows clipping of the hinge on the plate in any position. This characteristic gives maximum ease in mounting even on large doors where many hinges are required. Clip on hinges are available with automatic or manual door adjusting systems.
Drilling distance“ D” can be determined using the tables given for each type of hinge and door material.

The following diagrams show the recommended number of hinges according to the weight of 600mm width doors. The number of hinges needed is determined by different factors such as door size, weight, consistency and material. For special requirements it is recommended to perform empirical tests.
