4. Your teams have had success against schools that are in higher divisions than your schools, how do you motivate your players?
I am very passionate about the game, and my players are able to see and hear this through examples and instructions. If you are a good leader, your players will follow.
5. How are you able to get your players to execute your game plan?
By trust! They believe in the game plan by trusting what we do!
The responsibility has not always been easy for Coach Benjamin. He has dealt with numerous changes over the course of his career. Coach Johnson says, “He is able to accept his players mistakes, but most importantly, he has the understanding of what to do to correct them.”
