Wilcox says he enjoyed working with the community’s residents. “I like to see people be happy and have a nice place to live,” he explains. Wilcox was recently promoted to community director at the Links at Starkville, one of the apartment properties Lindsey provides management services to in Starkville, Mississippi. At 23 years old, Wilcox is responsible for all day-to-day operations in the community, including hiring and supervising a staff that includes leasing consultants and maintenance technicians. “There’s more responsibility in running and organizing things to make sure we have a great community for everyone,” he says.
