This was massive season for the club as they aimed to bounce back from relegation from the previous season. It was also Foran's first season as the clubs captain. Foran scored 16 goals across all competitions as ICT won promotion in a dramatic title race with Dundee
The 2009/10 season
One of the most iconic celebrations in the clubs history came when the ball smashed off Foran's face and went in against Ross County in the amazing 3-3 draw. The goal put ICT in front but they needed Foran again to score in the last minute to keep them in the Cup.
