Dr. Michael Weatherly
Founder/Owner and SVP of Strategic Development at C5BDI
Dr. Michael Weatherly has over 20 years of consulting,
business development and IT project management
experience in multiple industries including defense,
healthcare, and education. He is the founder/owner
and SVP of Strategic Development at C5BDI, and an
entrepreneur. In just 1.5 years, C5BDI has gained 25+ clients
globally and has procured hundreds of million of dollars for
those clients. Dr. Weatherly is a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
in agile/rapid acquisition, specifically Non-Traditional
Contracts (NTC’s), e.g. Other Transaction Authority (OTA)
and Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III. He
has supported multiple government and commercial Project
Management Organizations (PMO’s).
Dr. Weatherly has five degrees including a Doctorate in
Business Management and Organizational Development and
an MBA with a concentration in Information Systems. He
serves on the Board of Directors for NATOFest as a civilian
and works side by side with NATO personnel supporting
Supreme Allied Command Transformation (SACT). He
is an adjunct professor at three accredited universities and is a certified Project Management
Professional (PMP). He has managed over $250M in contracts and procured $1B+ in new business
on federal programs.
Dr. Weatherly has proven the ability to expand international business networks and produce
international product and service sales including NATO and Foreign Militaries in Europe, South
America and Asia. He is proficient in English and Italian.
