THE COLON
Is the last portion of the digestive sitem in most vertebrates,removes water and solid waste salt before being eliminated by the body.
As having a healthy colon?
to have a healthy colon is needed=
*consume fruits and vegetables dialy.
*have a fiber diet.
*practicing execiser.
* do not eat red meat or flour.
*drink plenty of water.
*every morning before break fast,take a pure orange juice (undrained).
To do to prevent inflammation of the colon:
*If you are a person who permanently lives with streess, try to control an assume eveything is never as it wants.
*not drink alcohol, coffee and cigarette.
