Greetings Sorors of the Confident and Captivating Central Region !
It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 89 th Central Regional Conference here in Milwaukee , Wisconsin April 6 – 9 , 2023 . It is an exciting time to take this journey under the leadership of Madam Central Regional Director Kiahna W . Davis . As your General Conference Co-Chairman , it is my hope that you will take the opportunity to immerse yourself in all that the regional conference and Milwaukee has to offer .
First , Milwaukee is a great place on a great lake and its rich history and culture awaits you in its fine dining , arts and museums , industry and entertainment . Second , I hope you are READY to soar to greater heights of service and sisterhood by engaging in informative and practical workshops , leadership trainings , and forums . We want you to make time to enjoy the hospitality of Cluster II Chapters and socialize with your Honey-Do ’ s , Diamond , Pearl , Golden Sorors , and Undergraduates . This conference is sure to be a show stopper with all the glitz and glam your hearts can handle at the Welcome Reception , Step Show , and Conference Gala . Let us not forget the celebration of our new milestone sorors celebrating 75 , 65 , 50 , and 25 years of service . Don ’ t forget to clap and cheer for the award-winning chapters of Central Region . Third , we would be remiss if we didn ’ t acknowledge that this conference weekend is also the Christian resurrection and end of Holy week . We hope that the spiritual sendoff will nurture your spirit and your soul .
Sorors of Central Region it is a pleasure to serve with our Honorary Chairman and 29 th Supreme Basileus Dorothy Buckhanan Wilson and our General Conference Chairman , Soror Berthena Brister and Undergraduate Co-Chairman Soror Ameera Pearsall .
