Details
Please take a moment to review the instructions before completing the various forms . For your records , retain a copy of each form submitted . Conference registration materials may also be found on the
Central Region Website . Please review all details and instructions BEFORE completing your registration . NOTE : Sorors MUST have an email address in their profile on the
AKA Corporate Website in order to register online for the conference . If you do not have an email address listed and need help , your chapter Technology Committee Chairman is available to assist .
REGISTRATION
Early Registration : Must be completed on or before March 1 , 2023 , 11:59pm CST .
Late Registration : Must be completed on or before March 15 , 2023 , 11:59pm CST .
A late fee of $ 75 ( graduate ) or $ 40 ( undergraduate ) will be assessed for Sorors who register after 11:59 pm ( CST ) March 1 , 2023 .
NO registrations will be processed after the deadline . THERE IS NO MANUAL REGISTRATION .
Updates to registrations and adding activities to an existing registration can be completed on or before March 15 , 2023 , 11:59 p . m . CST .
THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION .
Only financial Sorors may participate in conference activities . Guests of registered Sorors cannot be financial or non-financial Sorors .
Chapter checks and money orders will only be accepted for Group Registration . Chapter checks and money orders should be made payable to AKA Central Region . NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED .
