An eblast will be sent out when the room block for the 88th Central Regional Conference is open . A non-refundable fee for the first night plus tax will be charged for each room reserved . If you cancel , your one night will not be refunded . No exceptions !
Hotel Check-In is at 3:00 p . m . Early arrivals will be accommodated on a space permitted basis . Hotel Check-out is at 12:00 noon .
Each member may only reserve two ( 2 ) rooms per credit card , per name , and there is a one-night guarantee per room booked . Suites will be under the direction of the Central Regional Director and will be assigned after all guests of the conference are accommodated . Requests must be made via email to
logistics @ akacentral . org . The subject of the email should be “ SUITE REQUEST – 88
th CRC .” All requests will be reviewed and approved by the Central Regional Director . Suites will be based on availability and will be granted on a first come first serve basis .
The rate for a Double room or a King room is $ 194.00 plus 17.4 % tax per night . Parking : Self-Parking - $ 53.00 / day for overnight guest . Valet parking - $ 79.00 / day for overnight guest .
