SOROR OF THE YEAR RECOGNITION FORM
Each chapter’s Soror of the Year will be formally acknowledged at the Sisterhood Luncheon on Thursday,
March 12, 2020. Only one (1) name per chapter may be submitted and recognized by the conference. Do not
submit multiple names. The Soror of the Year token will be provided only for honorees in attendance. Photos
do not need to be submitted.
If the Soror of the Year is to be nominated as the CENTRAL REGION SOROR OF THE YEAR,
please complete the awards entry form and provide documentation in the Awards Section.
In order to have the honoree’s name included in the conference agenda, this form must be returned by
February 8, 2020. Check the appropriate space to indicate whether the honoree will attend the conference.
