DIGITAL SOUVENIR JOURNAL INFORMATION
Businesses, organizations, chapters and Sorors have an opportunity to place advertisements in the conference
souvenir journal. As always, chapters are asked to support this effort through the solicitation and purchase of
ads.
Business and organizations ad may market goods and/or services OR congratulate the sorority, region, cluster,
chapter(s), and/or groups of or individual Sorors.
Ads may be purchased by Chapters and/or Sorors to recognize:
New Diamond Divas, Golden Girls and/or
Host Cluster Chapters, Committee Chairmen,
Silver Stars
Committees and/or Sorors
Sorors initiated together (co-initiates)
Former Regional Directors; current and/or
former Directorate members in the region
New Initiates (Sorors initiated since the
International and regional committee chairmen
and/or members
85th Central Regional Conference)
Sorors who work together Chapter Award Nominees (Outstanding
Basileus, Outstanding Graduate Advisor, Soror
of the Year, etc.)
Sorors who worship together Legacy Sorors (Mother-Daughter, Cousins,
Sisters, etc.)
Sorors in the same organization(s)

Camera-Ready Ads
A camera-ready ad is ready to insert in the souvenir journal as is. A camera-ready ad needs no changes and cannot be altered.
Ad is ready to go “as is”

Size – It is the exact size of the purchased ad.
•
Resolution – All elements, including images, must be a minimum of 300 dpi at print size.
•
Format – Adobe PDF format
•
Bleed - If ad is full page, bleed is 1/8”
What is NOT Camera Ready
• The Wrong Size: Camera-ready ads do not need to be resized by us.
• The Wrong Format: No Word or Publisher files, please. No .JPG, .TIF, .GIF, .PSD or other file formats
• Low Resolution: Ads must be 300 dpi or above. No web images.
• An Unfinished Ad: Camera-ready files need no changes.
