THE DELEGATE CERTIFICATION INFORMATION
Use the Official Delegate Registration Form to list the names of chapter delegates and alternates to
the AKA 86th Central Regional Conference.
The number of delegates for each chapter is based on the number of financial Sorors as
of February 1, 2020.
All delegates and alternates must be certified by the Chapter Basileus or Graduate Advisor
(Undergraduate Chapters Only), prior to registration for the conference.
Any changes in the list of official delegates must be completed on site and submitted to the Conference
Registration Chairman, Soror Ruth Lynch by noon, Friday, March 13, 2020, during the Conference. In
either case, the only Sorors who may authorize a change in delegates or alternates are the Chapter
Basileus or the Grammateus (Graduate Chapters) and Graduate Advisor (Undergraduate Chapters
Only). The change must bear one of their signatures.
