Conference Hotels
Notification for the opening of the 86th Central Regional Conference Room Blocks will be sent
via Central Region e-blast after January 1, 2020. A non-refundable fee for the first night plus
tax will be charged for each room reserved. If you cancel, your one night will not be refunded.
No exceptions! Hotel Check-In is at 3:00 p.m. Early arrivals will be accommodated on a space
permitted basis.
Conference Dates: Thursday, March 12, 2020 - Sunday, March 15, 2020
Reservation information: Phone or on-line reservations. Sorors will need a credit card in order to make the
reservation. All hotels require a non-refundable first night’s room and tax at the time reservations are made.
Each member may only reserve two (2) rooms per credit card, per name, and there is a one-night guarantee per room
booked. Suites will be under the direction of the Central Regional Director and will be assigned after all guests of the
conference are accommodated. Requests must be made via email to logistics@akacentral.com. All requests will be
reviewed and approved by the Central Regional Director. Suites will be based on availability and will be granted
on a first come first serve basis.
