In 2007, the company was established as a contractor in the building and construction industry. Within the first few years of establishment, the company with his leadership grew to a strength of fifty workers. With the motivation for rapid growth, he led the company to encompass many obstacles together with his employees. He frequently worked overtime, including the weekends.
Mr Zeng Guofa, a responsible businessman in his 50s came to Singapore in his early 20s in search for a good job. He delivered quality assurance to his clients and gradually started his own business. With the aim to establish its market presence, he continued to implement strategic plans on being a credible leader. He was able to tender bigger projects and received good reputation from his main contractors. One important motto was that a credible leader attracts enthusiastic & committed followers. By demonstrating as a good leader, he delivered quality work and earned credibility through hardship.
The firm has boosted impressive portfolios over these years and many contractors and suppliers have acknowledged his work and praised him for his consistent workmanship. Although he had met unreasonable contractors at times, but he never gave up on his dream, Mr Zeng was to continue working towards excellence in workmanship and aims to bring the business into a public listed.
