Kuymak is a traditional Black Sea Region dish in Turkey. It contains butter, corn flour, many
kinds of cheese and salt. If you want to cook Kuymak, you should follow these steps;
-Firstly put three tablespoons of butter in a pan
-Melt it and add 4 tablespoons of corn flour and stir well
-After that add two glasses of cold water and cook it until flour absorbs the water
- Finally, add cheese and cook it for 2 minutes
-Serve hot, enjoy it!
